Available Light Theatre produced the regional premiere of [PORTO] by Kate Benson the year following its Off-Broadway premiere at WP Theater. This edgy romantic comedy unfolds inside the local bar and inside the imagination of Porto, the play's main character. The design is anchored by a hyper-realistic bar situated among audience members sitting around their own tables. For a uniquely stylized moment, curtains open to reveal a dreamy, imagined apartment. Michael Grossberg of The Columbus Dispatch noted:
